It's been a little over a week since I received the pills and they are definitely working. My appetite is suppressed and energy is up just like advertised. What surprised me was the actual mood improvement. I would usually be hangry as hell when I'm dieting but i think there has to be something in this to keep the mood high. This somehow helps my energy levels and keeps me wanting to work out. I'm only down 2 lbs (which i'm not is 100% the pills) but i feel like i am tighter (this i think is the pills because of that Carnitine. So far i def recommend.

I could feel the caffeine right away, and I did feel less hungry and didn’t snack all day like I tend to do sometimes. Two things I dislike enough to not use this: 1) gelatin capsule - it’s time for everyone to level up to using vegan-friendly veggie capsules instead of animal-based gelatin; and 2) FD&C Red #40 is also something that needs to stop. Nobody cares about how “pretty” the capsule is if the chemical has been found to be problematic.
