I got this tarp to use as a secondary cover for my tent in case it rain, i didnt want any heavy tarp so this one works well for what I needed for. I wouldnt recommend covering something with this out in the sun for prolong period of time though, it will definitely break a part. I have used may tarp over the years and anything lower than 16mil + tarp will not last one summer outside before it starts to break apart regardless of how heavy duty they are.
