We got this as a remote speaker for the bathroom, it didn't need to be super-loud but it needed to be loud enough to hear over the shower (we were not going to put it IN the shower as we wanted to hear it in the rest of the room and adjoining bedroom).The speaker looks good, and playing around with the features it worked well and has a lot of options. Charging it was easy and its battery life was real good.But no matter what we did we could not get a lot of volume out of it, we cranked its volume as well as the tv that was transmitting to it and it was of a moderate loudness but no where near 'loud'. So we ended up returning it.For a small room or if you need it right beside you, or don't have any things that are making noise nearby (shower, hair dryer, etc) then it probably is good, but it wasn't for us.

I’ve liked this so far, the suction has not given up on my shower wall yet and it’s been a few days. The volume gets pretty loud, and I like the function on the buttons. My only complaint is that the sound is not super crisp, when listening to an audiobook in the shower it’s just a little bit difficult to make out what they say sometimes. My phone speaker tends to be a little bit easier to understand.

I had a difficult time getting the device to stay in the location using the suction cup. It would give out and fall. Also I thought the music would be louder than it is. But it works for the purpose I need it too.

I like everything about it except the suction cup will not stay stuck. The sound quality isn't great. Too much bass and lil distorted when you get it loud enough to hear over the shower but the biggest problem is the suction cup. I now have the speaker sitting on my vanity.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt this one was necessary. I bought this because I love to listen to podcasts while I get ready in the morning. I can never hear very well while I’m in the shower if I’m only using my phone speaker. I chose this speaker for the high-quality waterproof rating, the price was inexpensive compared to others, and I loved the classy look of it. This has been a game changer! The sound quality is so great! The section works so well I’m not worried it’s going to fall off in my shower. I look forward to getting ready every morning so I can listen to my Audible book or my new release Podcast! I should have bought this months ago! The sound is so good I can continue to hear it throughout my huge master bathroom even after showering. I love the idea I can take it traveling and have it be protected in the included carrying case. And who knewI could even answer a phone call while showering directly from this speaker! So cool! Considering this my go-to Christmas gift for all my friends, teacher gifts and family.

It was great for a little over a year under very light use. But now the battery doesn't hold a charge. It goes right to 50% after every charge

The speaker gets extremely loud. The quality of audio is quite nice for the price range, and the suction cup is extremely strong. It's been completely water resistant and I haven't had any issues with it so far. The battery life is not bad. I take long showers daily (1-2x) and yet only have to charge it every 7-10 days. The most important thing to remember is to turn it off after you're done. Otherwise you will eventually hear a loud man's voice say "POWER OFF". This terrified me as I was home alone at the time but later was very funny in retrospect. All in all, great speaker especially for this price point. The little colors which light up around the speaker are a bonus as well. I'm satisfied !

Like this speaker ok. Sound good. Long time to run like battery life nicely.

Sturdy, good design, good volume, and has been stuck on my bathroom tile for over a month and not fallen off yet!

For those most part this works great. I only have two comments. Sometimes the sound sounds muffled which is frustrating. Turning it off and on again fixes it usually.Also it's annoying that the change song/volume button is counter intuitive. You press the button to change the volume and you press and hold the button to change the song. I feel like its more intuitive to press the button to change the song and press and hold to change the volume.

I've gone through 3 other shower speakers in a shorter period of time than I've had this one and I am very happy with the quality of it's construction and sound of this one. If were to stop working tomorrow I would buy another one without hesitation.

Bought this item for a Christmas present. In less than 3 months the item had stopped working. The buttons no longer worked so although you could turn it on it did little else as it would not power down. This resulted in the speaker losing its charge everyday. I bought the speaker due to the sales pitch on how it was a quality American brand and completely waterproof and the leading speaker on the market. Due to this I paid a higher price to similar speakers on the market, expecting a premium product.On contacting Johns Avenue they promptly replied and said they would send a replacement. However this never arrived and further correspondance to follow up tte matter was seen but ignored.Avoid and buy elsewhere as poor quality speakers and non existent after sales customer service.

Il prodotto è anche buono, l'ho usato credo 3/4 volte e mi sembrava di una qualità discreta. Il problema è che senza motivo ha smesso di funzionare, i tasti non sono più utili (a malapena si accende e si spegne) e cambia canzone e volume a suo piacimento.
