SpellCloth's Spell Candles do drip. There is a slight gap between the candle and the wall of the candle holder to collect some of the wax drippings so they don't overflow onto your altar or tabletop.
You can drop your moon phase candle holders into some warm water. The warm water should melt the wax away and float to the top. Make sure your candle holder has had some time to dry before using it again. If it gets too hot while it's wet, it may crack.
