I mainly got this to try due to the wild yam root, as I have had success with wild yam creams in the past, and for the valerian root, as that helps me with moods, and that is a big issue in the part of menopause I am in. I am in the later stages of menopause, so I am finding most of the things I used to use earlier on just do not affect me any longer, so I am always looking for something new to try. Hot flashes seemed to disappear for me after a couple of days of using this, but mine are very intermittent and short-lived, so it is hard to say if it was this supplement or not. I cannot really tell yet if this is helping me too much in other ways. I do think the valerian in it is helping me get through a workday easier. I do know I am not having issues with side effects. I have a lot of intolerances and allergies, and I have to be careful with ingredients in supplements, and I have had no issues with this product. I will have to see long term if I feel different enough to buy this again.

I read that rhubarb can affect people with appendicitis. Since taking this my stomach, back and headache has occurred. I had my appendix removed but that area is now inflamed on my body. Cannot return.

I am undergoing peri-menopause, and the hormone changes definitely take some getting used to. I have tried various products which helped with some of my symptoms, but this one had some different ingredients, so I thought I’d give it a shot.This product contains modest amounts of magnesium citrate, ferrous fumarate (iron) and folic acid, which are important nutrients, along with high doses of B vitamins. It’s also got extracts from rhubarb, red clover, yam, hibiscus and Valerian. The ingredients and capsules are all vegan and they don’t contain magnesium stearate or stearic acid (both of which cause restless leg syndrome for me). I couldn’t find any indication on the packaging that the ingredients were organic or all-natural, but at least they don’t contain any chemicals that cause me troubles.Siberian rhubarb and red clover are supposed to help with hot flashes, but they didn’t seem to do much to help me. I have had better results with products that contain black cohosh. The red clover is supposed to help with triglyceride, too, so that and the hibiscus may help keep my weight manageable. Again, the hibiscus and wild yam didn’t seem to have the desired effect in preventing hot flashes or night sweats, but I feel like those ingredients and the B vitamins may be helping stabilize my moods. I definitely had more focus and energy during the daytime after taking one of these just before going to bed.The most noticeable benefit of this supplement for me has been the way the Valerian and wild yam help me sleep. While I do experience really vivid, memorable dreams, I find myself falling asleep faster and waking up less to go to the bathroom. I still have pretty intense night sweats, but I sleep through more of them. My husband appreciates that my sounder sleep allows him to get more rest.The almost $40 price seems a bit high. However, if you just take one capsule a day like me, this bottle of 120 should last a few months. It’s certainly worth it to me to improve my moods and help me sleep.

i like these vitamins because they work good, they did help with my bodyily functions as far as having hot flashes and other things, they are pretty smelly, but other then that i like that they come in a glass bottle instead of plastic as i can reuse this bottle later on for other things, and my experience with these vitamins were pleasant and no side effects or allergic reactions, all natural and were a great fit for what I needed.

Maybe it’s just me but this didn’t help at all

I sent this to a friend who I figured could use an overall boost. She said they really don't have a smell or flavor, but she feels as though she has a boost when she takes them. She has drank less coffee in the last two days because she has more energy.

I can't get past the smell to even give these a try.

My body has been through so many changes, I'm not sure what's just happening and / or what all is a direct result of CLAV 23 Meno Support, so here's the skinny: I'm 10 months post-hysterectomy (though one ovary remains and I'd been in peri-menopause for 12 years prior to surgery). Post-op, I decided against HRT because I wanted my body to settle into its new state-of-being. I figure it's had time to settle.NOTICEABLE CHANGE SINCE MENO SUPPORT: I've had awful hot flashes for more than five years, but since taking Meno Support, I'm actually cold and I haven't sweat through a single night since the third day of taking these! I'd say that my mood has improved, but was I really THAT BAD to begin with? (Ha!!!) But honestly, I believe my mood is better and I'm more mellow; I don't know if it's something in the supplement or because I'm not roasting all night long. I also sleep better but don't know if it's the valerian root and magnesium OR if it's because of the missing hot flashes OR if it's the supplements I take to help me sleep. It could be a combination of everything but I decided to experiment.To test how well this was working, I stopped taking it for a week and I was, once again, a billion degrees and had a thermostat-war with my husband. I've concluded that for my body's chemistry and situation, Meno Support is helping stave off hot flashes and improve my overall mood.I've included a photo of the ingredients with this review. The capsules smell a little funky to me but they have no taste and I haven't had any stomach issues even when I don't take them with a meal.Made in Berlin, Germany, these are vegan and the bottle contains 120 capsules for a generous supply at 2 capsules per day.
