I’ve been wanting to try collagen for a while but I was hesitant to add the powders/liquids to my coffee. Additionally, most collagen products add a whopping 70-90 calories- which for this aging lady is an entire snack allowance🤣. I came across these. They are only 20 calories and don’t impact the taste of my coffee (a must for this coffee lover). Additionally they are yummy as well!! I am at the end of my third bottle so finally decided I could give a review. My hair and nails are growing so well and I do believe my skin is looking great!!
